If elite service was a person it would be Yancy. He made this process so easy and I felt like he actually cared about getting me exactly what I needed. I previously signed up with someone else from a different company and when I went to do the paperwork I was disappointed that I was misled for what seemed to me to be his commission. That's what it felt like.

The transparency and knowledge that Yancy displays and his willingness to be there anytime you need him made me feel valued. How often can you say that about someone trying to sell you insurance?
